Data deletion

1. Remove Roaswise from Facebook

If you connected a Meta ad account to Roaswise, you can remove our access and ask for your data to be deleted from Facebook:

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Find Roaswise and choose Remove.
3. To have your data erased as well, choose to send a data deletion request.

When you remove the app, every Roaswise connection made through your Facebook account stops at once and its access tokens are deleted. When you send a deletion request, we also erase the ad data we obtained through your account. Meta gives you a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of the deletion.

2. Delete data in Roaswise

• Remove a Meta connection: in a brand, open Connections, choose the connection, then Remove.
• Delete a brand: an Owner can delete a brand in its Settings, after exporting its data if needed. Everything in it (Meta data, media, Agent memory and tokens) is erased after 30 days, during which the Owner can restore it.
• Delete your account: on your profile page, choose Delete account. Your personal data is erased and every session is signed out.

3. Ask us by email

If you cannot sign in, or want us to delete data for you, email eczenn@gmail.com from the address on your account. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups expire within 60 days.
